At the heart of our mission lies a deep commitment to transforming the lives of youth in our communities who are faced with the direst circumstances. 1WYEC aim to establish a presence—a village, a beacon—within every city and neighborhood, particularly in areas where young people are at the highest risk of violence, incarceration, or gang involvement.

1WYEC vision is to empower at-risk minors by providing them with an enriching experience throughout their time at 1WYEC, to ensure they
succeed as entrepreneurs and are equipped to pursue college and career opportunities. By working together, we can help our children reach their full potential and overcome the obstacles that stand in their way.

1Way Youth Entrepreneur Center aims to create a safe and inclusive space where at-risk youth can develop critical life skills such as financial literacy, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Through various programs and workshops, 1WYEC strives to empower youth to become future entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. At the heart of our programs is a commitment to building strong relationships with children and their families.
